FLG’s flagship product is the Tax Freedom Package, which includes a comprehensive 24-page Revocation of Election (ROE) affidavit.
Americans domiciled in the 50 states of the Union are protected by Article 1, Section 9, Clause 4 of the Constitution and had no legal obligation to pay a federal income tax until they unknowingly "elected" (volunteered) to become taxpayers by signing a Form 1040. From that moment forward, they became legally obligated to file and pay a federal income tax, as required of all statutory taxpayers.
